Missing names in a database can make any marketing or customer focused activity almost impossible. Sending correspondence addressed to ‘The Occupier’ is proved to have a dramatic effect on any consumer related campaign. It is as bad as having an incorrect or misspelt name on an item of mail or correspondence.

Extracting a telephone number from CNM’s Telephone Number Database requires a search by Name and Address, therefore missing Names makes any telephone campaign unworkable.  CNM’s Name Enhancement/Appending Service provides the solution to this by adding names to addresses extracted from our Consumer Database.
