To compliment this service we can also advise clients of any registrations to the Preference Services such as, The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and The Fax Preference Service (FPS).  For any tele-sales campaign this is essential in order to avoid potential penalties, and in maintaining brand image.

As well as appending telephone numbers to your customer or marketing database, CNM also specialise in cleaning and enhancing your data.  This process is carried out by matching your data against several industry files.  Our Suppression Service includes Mortality Screening, Gone-Away Suppression (GAS), National Change of Address (NCOA) screening, Universal Suppression Service (USS) and Purity. We also offer De-Duplication, Name & Address Enhancement and screening against The Mailing Preference Service (MPS) to improve the accuracy and compliance of your data.

CNM are also able to enhance your campaigns through Data Supply.  We are mailing list owners and can provide data either to enhance an existing client base, or to provide new contacts.  We have three main databases which include a Business Database, a Consumer Database and a Consumer Profiled Database.  Data is compiled through integrated research of over 15 source providers and is updated weekly with over 40,000 amendments.  All data is screened for TPS, MPS, and FPS and is compliant with the Data Protection Act.

As well as Direct Marketing, CNM has also worked with Credit Reference Data for many years and provide a fully automated Batch Tracing Service to the debt recovery and credit services sector.  Searches can be made using several criteria and results are normally returned within 24 hours.
